    Woodstock Runners has been meeting each Tuesday night since 1980. With groups leaving at 5 minute intervals from 6.20pm, we cater for runners and walkers of all abilities and our members range in age from 15 to 83 years.Our first group runs at a pace of 5.5 – 6 minutes per kilometre, while our fastest group runs at about 3.5 – 4 minutes per kilometre.

    Our runs range from 9 to 12 kilometres in length and maps are provided for all courses. A relatively recent innovation has been the introduction of two walking groups  one for normal walking and one for race walking. Six to twelve walking enthusiasts head off together at 6.20 pm and cover in full, or in part, the particular course covered by the runners.
