    The program is a low cost, learn-by-doing system that helps people of all experience levels feel more comfortable expressing themselves verbally. Located just down from the famous Milton Brewery, Forex Toastmasters meetings are comprised of approximately 20 people who meet every second, fourth and fifth (if there is one) Wednesdays from midday to 1:00pm. Members and guests practice and learn skills by filling a meeting role, ranging from giving a prepared speech or an impromptu one to serving as timer, evaluator or grammarian.
