    We are based at Trinity College, close to the CBD, where we have a modern heated Olympic size 50m pool with full access to all 8 lanes for designated morning and afternoon squad sessions. We run 3 squads – mini squad (requires Level 5 or above to join 6yo-8yo), junior squad (approx 9yo – 11yo) and seniors. Sessions are run between Monday to Saturday, so there’s plenty of flexibility to ensure you complete your weekly schedule. We also run 2 dry-land sessions each week.
