They enjoyed motorcycles, so a social club designed for raising funds for Cancer Research was formed. C.R.A.B. SA is a non-profit organisations run by volunteers, donating all profits directly to the Hanson Institute at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

Clare Motorcycle Club is based at Clare in the Mid North of South Australia, 130kms north of Adelaide in the Clare Valley Wine Region and adjacent to the Barossa Valley. The Clare MCC is one of the oldest, continuous Motorcycle Clubs in Australia, and boasts a number of member and past members who have made an impact in the National arena. Clare MCC has a large number of social and competitive Junior and Senior riders.
The Club has a strong emphasis on Coaching, Events and Ride Days, with additional single track ride days, camping weekend, etc throughout the year.
