  • .. Ivanhoe Reading Circle ---- Visited: 103 Times

    Ivanhoe East, Victoria, 3079

    Listing id: 48488

Our book group differs from the usual book club in that the segment to discuss the book is led by one to three people who have volunteered to prepare a paper on it - and that then becomes the basis for the group's lively discussion. We value good writing and the sharing of ideas. We start off with a Members Segment - discussing the books we have been reading since the previous meeting and any literary events that members have attended around Melbourne. So if you are interested in a structured book discussion group and the opportunity to share your ideas about what makes great reading - please contact us. We meet on the first Tuesday of each month at 8pm, finishing about 9.30pm. at Uniting Church Hall, Seddon St., Ivanhoe.
